Estimates, Work & Payment Process
1 Onsite Consultation
In order to provide you with the best service possible we usually start with a visit to your property and evaluate how to cater to your needs and your budget. We will guide you through all with ease and transparency and discuss various options that might be available for your project. Our initial visit and consultation is free of charge and part of our full service.
2 Work Design Review & Free Estimate
Once we have visited you we will review all we have discussed and present you with a free written estimate that you will receive by email within 2-3 working days.
3 Your Approval
Once you have given your approval to go ahead with our work, we need you to sign a simple agreement, which will include a list of all works discussed and an estimated amount. We then ask for an upfront deposit before we can start the actual work. The deposit amount will be determined by the scope of the project but it is usually between 25-50% of the estimated full amount. Keep in mind that if you have a change of mind, want any additional works done or any unforeseen circumstances arise while we are already working on your project you will be charged additionally..
4 Project Management & Onsite Supervision
Our team of professionals understand the uniqueness of each project and we take great pride in managing every aspect of the job so all goes smoothly. We take pride in every project we work on and it shows in our client’s recommendations and their loyalty to us.
5 Finalization
Once we have finalized the job for you, our supervisor will walk you through all works done to make sure you are fully satisfied.
You will be emailed a final bill which you are asked to pay upon completion of the project
