If you have a particular brand that you want us to work with we can do that too of course. Before painting all surfaces are washed down and properly prepared and primed before any painting coats applied. The results are that your property stays protected, and looks good long after others have become looking scruffy or even damaged. We recommend to choose a good brand of exterior paint, especially in the harsh Florida environment.
